  1. It is the responsibility of the borrower to take care of the book(s), taking full responsibility in the event that the book(s) is/are damaged and/or not returned.
    This includes making full or partial payment in the case of a lost/damaged book. If there is no consensus between the book lenders and borrowers, do fill up this form: bit.ly/GetBookedDamages.
  2. NUSMS will not be liable for any damages to the books.
    NUSMS Excos will only intervene if borrowers are unable to come to a consensus with regards to lost/damaged books.
  3. The role of NUSMS in the process is mainly to facilitate the book sharing initiative through connecting book lenders and borrowers together.
    It is not the duty of NUSMS Exco to make arrangements for the book exchange meetup. It is the responsibility of book lenders and borrowers to communicate with one another and make arrangements on their own.
